a. Player\Team Disqualification
Coaches are responsible to see that their team meets all eligibility requirements. If a player is found to be ineligible prior to the start of a sanctioned competition, the player will be expelled from the competition and the team will continue. If a player is found to be ineligible after the competition has started, the player will be expelled from the competition and the team will forfeit all games in which the ineligible player was listed on the official score sheet.
The team may continue to participate, if applicable, without the expelled player.
A player must be in the 2nd grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 10 prior to 9/1/2018.
A player must be in the 3rd grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 11 prior to 9/1/2018.
A player must be in the 4th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 12 prior to 9/1/2018.
A player must be in the 5th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 13 prior to 9/1/2018
A player must be in the 6th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 14 prior to 9/1/2018
A player must be in the 7th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 15 prior to 9/1/2018
A player must be in the 8th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 16 prior to 9/1/2018.
A player must be in the 9th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 17 prior to 9/1/2018
A player must be in the 10th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 18 prior to 9/1/2018
A player must be in the 11th or 12th grade as of 10/1/2017 and cannot turn 20 prior to 9/1/2018
Each team must thoroughly complete and submit an official roster, along with legible copies of all birth certificates and current grade confirmations by the entry deadline (Rosters must be fully completed with no exceptions, including address, zip code.
Team rosters cannot exceed 15 players. Any team found to be in violation of roster or team rules MAY be suspended from participation in future tournaments.
PROOF OF GRADE:
Acceptable documents include the following:
i. A photocopy of that portion of the athlete’s report card for the current school year which shows name, grade, and school.
ii. Signed confirmation of grade level from a school administrator (guidance counselor, principal, dean, etc) on school letterhead.
PROOF OF AGE:
Acceptable documents include the following:
i. A photocopy of his certificate of live birth from the State, County or Municipal Bureau of Vital Statistics
on the place of birth (HOSPITAL RECORDS NOT ACCEPTED)
ii. A photocopy of the delayed registration of birth if the athlete's birth was not recorded
on his day of birth, issued by the same governing bodies.
iii. An unexpired Passport
iv. Valid Drivers License or State issued I.D.

1. Pool play; then single elimination bracket play.
2. Home team is listed first and will wear light-colored jerseys.
3. The tournament host will provide a game ball only. The game ball will not be made available to either team for warm-up. Each team is responsible for their own warm-up balls and\or any other items brought to the game. Tournament host is not responsible for items lost.
4. Two (2) 16-minute halves per game.
5. Three (3) full time-outs and two (2) 30-second time-outs will be awarded per game.
6. The clock will be stopped for all whistles unless the press rule takes effect.
7. Two (2) direct technical fouls during a game on any player, coach, or team representative will result in ejection and disqualification for the next game of the tournament.
8. If a team forfeits two (2) or more pool games; the team will be disqualified from the event and cannot participate in the tourney round of play.
9.Tournament Host reserves the right to modify the tournament schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
10. Each team is responsible for cleaning up their bench area immediately following their game. Please be respectful and place all trash in a receptacle.
POOL PLAY TIE BREAKER (Max points = 15, including forfeits)
a. Head-to-head competition.
b. Point differential
c. Defensive Points
Upon a 20-point lead, the clock will run with no stoppage. Teams ahead by 20 points or more at any point in the second half must play defense behind their three-point arc. If the lead drops below 20 points, normal play will resume. First offense: Warning; Second and all additional offenses: 2-shot technical.
Players' jerseys must have numbers on both the front and back. Numbers can be 00-99.Minimum size of numbers shall be 2" on the front and 4" on the back.
b. Home Team
The top/left team on the schedule shall be the home team and shall wear WHITE JERSEYS.
Home team shall sit on the scorekeepers left. Visiting team shall wear DARK JERSEYS and sit on the scorekeepers’ right.
c. Dress Code
All non-uniformed persons on the bench shall wear slacks, shirts with collars and sleeves and dress shoes or tennis shoes during play. Shorts, jeans, sweat pants, athletic wear, tee shirts, hats, and open-toed shoes are not permitted. The dress code applies to female ,bench personnel as well. Women may wear dresses or skirts appropriate to the occasion.
d. Bench Personnel
i. A team may have on its bench only the eligible persons listed on its official roster, including four (4) non-players (coaches, ball boy, scorekeeper, etc.). Only eligible players may wear uniforms on the bench.
ii. At least one person age 18 or older must be on the bench at all times. If as the result of a removal, illness, etc., no roster member of the minimum age of 18 available, tournament administrators shall select a person of suitable age to supervise the bench.
i. Violation of Section A of this rule shall be penalized by a two (2) shot technical foul for each illegal jersey, to be assessed at the time the player with the illegal jersey enters the game.
ii. Violation of Sections C & D (1) of this Rule shall result in the assessment of a 2-shot technical foul for each violation. Thereafter, the offending team shall have one minute to correct the violation.
If violation is not corrected the violator shall be removed form the playing floor until violation is corrected.
iii. All Technical fouls under this Rule are Administrative, and are not assessed to any coach or player.
Protests must be made in writing within two (2) hours of the completion of the game being protested.
A fee of $100.00 cash (refunded if protest is upheld) must accompany the protest. The written protest must be submitted to the tournament host. All decisions of the tournament host shall be final.
Trophies and Medals will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place finishers.
